Helen Hartsell

STAFFORD - Helen Hartsell, 88, died Monday, July 7, 2008 at the Leisure Homestead, Stafford. Born March 27, 1920 she was the daughter of Percy and Lois Seevers. She was a longtime Stafford resident and was a retired City Clerk for the City of Stafford. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, U.M.W., was the church secretary, member of the Chapter BK PEO, Stafford Drama Guild and the Culture Club all of Stafford. On June 16, 1943 she married Clarence Hartsell. He died June 18, 1979. She is survived by:

DAUGHTER: Judy Webring of Goodland.

TWO GRANDCHILDREN: Dax Webring and Dana Webring Zann

Two great grandchildren: Dayne Webring and Danika Zann.

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, July 10, 2008 at Minnis Chapel, Stafford with Richard Foster and Rev. Amy Slater presiding. Burial will be at the Stafford Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 1-5 p.m. at the chapel. Memorials may be sent to the church or the Stafford County Museum in care of the chapel.
