Diana Dodge

STAFFORD – Diana Emily Litchfield Cooley Dodge went to be with the Lord January 9, 2010 after a 2 year battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease). She was 60 years, one month and 19 days old. She was born November 21, 1949 at Stafford the third child of Floyd J. and V. Maxine Hill Litchfield. She worked as a CNA/CMA at various places in Colorado, Montana, Washington, Texas and Kansas. She loved working with the elderly and they loved her and her caring ways. On November 21, 1968 she married Howard Cooley in Ft. Collins, CO. On October 19, 1980 she married Eugene E. Dodge in Ft. Collins, CO. He survives. Other survivors are children - Erin Cooley and her husband Rob Johnson of Cottonwood, CA., Erika Cooley and her husband Thomas Olsen of Asker, Norway, Ethan Cooley of Colorado Springs, CO. Step-sons: Jason and Rose Schuh-Dodge and Joshua Dodge both of Rochester, MN. Eight grandchildren, whom she adored. Sisters: Judy Clarkson and her husband Gary of Assaria, KS, Robin Kocher of Stafford and Angela DeFelice and her husband Brian of Ft. Collins, CO. Brother: James Litchfield and his wife Joyce of Ft. Collins, CO. Many nieces and nephews. Diana requested that her body be donated to science and memorials be sent to the A.L.S. Association or South Wind Hospice in care of Minnis Chapel, Stafford. A memorial service will be 10:30 a.m., February 6, 2010 at the Stafford Church of Christ.
