STAFFORD – Onabel Irene Ragsdale, 89, died July 11, 2011 at Topeka. Born July 14, 1921 at Bedford she was the daughter of Cobus and Wilmina Hall Heyen. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Stafford. On January 12, 1946 she married Charles Ragsdale. He died June 13, 1994. She is survived by Son - Vernon and his wife Pamela of Topeka. Daughter - Brenda Ciummo and her husband Russell of Topeka. Sister - Verla Manderscheid of Stafford. Six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter - Bonnie, four brothers and five sisters. Funeral will be 10:00 a.m., Friday at Minnis Chapel Stafford. Burial will be at the Stafford Cemetery. Memorials to the Rolling Hills Assisted Living Center in care of the chapel.
