Melody Anne Poole

STAFFORD - Melody Anne Poole beloved daughter of Carolyn and Mike Poole died on April 17, 2010. She was born April 15, 1993 at Great Bend, Kansas. Melody was sister to Emily and Krista, and Nathan. She was the granddaughter of Virginia and the late George Sieker, and Mary, and the late Willis Poole.

Melody was a junior at Stafford High School and was an active member of the National Honor Society, Band, Scholars Bowl team, and FFA. Melody had been class president her Freshman and Sophomore year, and was STUCO representative this year. She participated in volleyball, and was manager for the wrestling team. She was a member of the Stafford United Methodist Church, and active in the youth group there.

Melody leaves behinds numerous friends and family members. She was the loving niece of Steve and Joley Poole, Bob Poole, Tim and Lori Girard, Ron and Barb Sieker, Richard and Patty Sieker, and Robert and Carol Sieker. Melody will also be missed by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at the First United Methodist Church, Stafford with Rev. Amy Slater and Steve Gill presiding. Friends may call Monday 4-8 p.m. and Tuesday 1-8 p.m. at Minnis Chapel, Stafford. Burial will be at the Stafford Cemetery. Memorials in honor of Melody should be made to the Stafford Educational Foundation
