Kenneth Whitehouse

STAFFORD - Kenneth S. Whitehouse, 79, died Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at Leisure Homestead, St. John. Born December 9, 1931 at Cane Hill, Ark. he was the son of Henry and Jewell Brockman Whitehouse. He was a longtime Stafford resident and was a farmer/stockman. He was an active member of the Calvary Baptist Church, past member of the Registered Hereford Assoc., Stafford COOP Board, Stafford District Hospital Board and was a 4-H Corn Valley Leader. On December 18, 1954 he married Donna Stalcup at Stafford. He is survived by his children - Keva Farney of Stafford and her sons Wyatt and Yance. Karman Whitehouse of Broken Arrow, OK and his son Brandon. Klarice Farney and her husband Kent of Sterling and their children Kole, Kramer, Kash and Kinley. Two great grandsons - Preston and James. Brothers - Bud Whitehouse of Pauls Valley, OK., Ray Whitehouse of Prairie Grove, Ark., Roy Whitehouse of Frederick, MD. Sister - Lena Womack of Prairie Grove, Ark. He was preceded in death by son-in-law Tyler Farney and two granddaughters, Marshay and Kassie.
Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday, August 27 at Calvary Baptist Church, Stafford. Burial will be at the Stafford Cemetery. Friends may call Friday 2-6 p.m. at Minnis Chapel, Stafford. Memorials may be sent to the Calvary Baptist Church or Leisure Homestead, both in care of the chapel.
