STAFFORD - James "Jim" Denny, 93, died Saturday, June 19, 2010 at Leisure Homestead, Stafford. Born May 10, 1917 at Lincoln, NE he was the son of Marion and Ethel Rutledge Denny. He was a resident of El Dorado working in the Skelly Refinery Lab before moving to Stafford in 1976. He was a lifetime member of the Elks Lodge. In September, 1975 he married Spence Harper at El Dorado. She survives. Other survivors include: Sons - Bob Denny of Gilbert, AZ and James Denny of El Dorado. Daughter - Patricia Allstead of West Richland, WA. Brother - Robert Denny of Scottsdale, AZ.

Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 21, 2010 at Stafford Cemetery with Rev. Amy Slater presiding. Minnis Chapel, Stafford is in charge of arrangements.
